Hi, I'm 13 and have been getting a burning pain in my penis when urinating and sometimes just when doing nothing. When I pee I only manage to get a small amount of urine out so I take quite a while to do so and have to go regularly. Also when I pee the head of the penis kind of swells up. Any idea what this is and whether I should get it checked out by a doctor? Any advice would be greatly appreciated and ask for more information if needed.

No...it...is...loose...and...my..foreskin...comes..back..only...when..my..p****...gets...tempted
I could be wrong but it sounds like a urinary tract infection (UTI). You would need to go to the doctor to be sure and get anti biotics to treat it. They will clear it up pretty quickly. If it us a UTI its not an STD. I hope that helps.
