walked 2-3 miles a day 12 strainght days..+ swing dancing..12 day was walking about a mile..both thighs started to have burning sensation.. Dr. said my circulation good but tendons back of leg short and hard. that I have overtaxed them .said swim 3 times a week--take advil ..since then..my hamstrings /knees/lower back started to ache .the burning sensation has gone down..but extended standing tends to bring it back somewhat...Is all of the above tied to overextending my muscles/tendons..It has been 60 days..I do not have severe pain..just a continued situation.How long does it take for something like this to heal...Has anyone had the above situation and should I be looking at anything else.
