I've had these small bumps on the inside of my right middle finger. I don't remember how long I've had them. I just noticed they were there one day. They just look like the color of my skin. The bumps don't hurt and don't affect with anything I do. I'm just worried it may be cancerous. I can tell that they aren't pimples and I don't really think they are warts. Does it seem like cancer? If it is, how serious is it?
