Yes it could be. However, you may still want to get tested... if you have healthcare, the most sensitive pregnancy test is the; BetaHCG. It is a blood test and depending where it is done the results can be back in less than one hour. If you do not have healthcare you wait and do a home test using urine
PS pulling out is not a good way to avoid pregnancy... the seminal fluid (precum) is loaded with sperm. Pulling out before ejaculation is very risky to you
I'm 16 and I don't think I'm exactly open about this with my parents ... If I'm only 2 days late should I wait a little longer to get tested?

Have you considered you may be pregnant from your fist time unprotected?
I have thought about it but scares me and I'm trying to think of every other reason as to why my period is late Im only late by two days so I don't know if I should wait and if it still doesn't come in the next week then go get tested or what... I think I'm loosing my mind
If you have been stressing over it then that could affect it and make it late
