4 days ago I was diagnosed with chronic anal fissures and was prescribed suppositories. After using two per day for the last 3 days my erection is noticeabley thicker, firmer and my glans noticabley larger. I cant wait to try making love with my girlfriend. I really want to perform for her and I hope this will be the cure for my PE. I also had mild ED where without alot of foreplay and oral my erection was only ay around 80% and ejaculation was always premature. I cant wait for her to have an orgasm like she used to 11 years ago.

Since the hemorrhoid bled (internal) and took daflon 500 after 5 days my pee wasnt strong and have to go back every 10 minutes and also rectal pressure and not to mention the erection of my oenis. Seems like blood isnt pumping and sustaining my penis.

Tony here. Firstly, after 2 failed banding procedures and an unsuccessful transanal haemorrhoid deartarialisation (THD), I finally had the haemorrhoidectomy done about 4 months ago. This was a success in terms of eradicating the hems. In relation to my ED however, No joy guys! My ED continues to be an issue.
However, don't let my disappointment put others off having surgery. As I've recently found out, that I have stage 3a chronic kidney disease (CKD), which can precipitate ED.
So my hems may not have been the underlying problem anyway.
Secondly, I feel I need to dispel all the horror stories surrounding hem surgery. Obviously, I can only relay my experience of having such procedures done on the NHS.
In relation to the banding procedures, of which I had 2, these procedures are a complete breeze. They took approx. 10 mins each time, under mild sedation, and were completely painless. (think prostrate exam!).
Next, the THD procedure, which I had under general anaesthetic and it took approx. 30mins. Days 2-3 were uncomfortable. On a pain scale of 1 (mild discomfort) to 10 (excrutiating agony), I'd say it reached about a 3 and wasn't a problem. I went back to work after a few days. Again, a complete breeze.
Finally, the haemorrhoidectomy, which successfully removed the hems. Guys, this did hurt! Day 1 was uneventful, but days 2-7 were very painful. I'd say about 8 on the pain scale. However, I found that taking painkillers (Solpadeine Max) together with about 3-4 salt baths a day really soothed. by day 8 the pain began to subside and I could refrain from using painkillers. I was back at work by day 10. Also, plenty of fluids and fibre (All Bran) help to make bowel movement less stressful than I had anticipated.
So there we have it. Did the surgery cure my ED? No; Did it cure my hems? Yes, the haemorrhoidectomy was a success; and Would I have it done again? Yes, in a heart beat.
I hope this helps you guys in deciding whether to have the above procedures done, and I hope you guys have a lot more success with it, in resect of ED, than I have.
Good luck guys.

Yeah ... initially, it was a bit uncomfortable to pass for about 6 or 7 days post op, but from then on, no probs. The only change is the distinct lack of blood loss on BM, so my anaemia has began to rectify after years of chronic blood loss. Also, that area is a lot easier to clean and keep hygenically clean and, so I feel less self conscious in that regard.
Best wishes
Tony.
