Yes, but...
Precum is considered NOT to contain sperm if he has not recently ejaculated (meaning, he's urinated before the precum). If he HAS RECENTLY ejaculated, and not urinated, then it very likely DOES contain sperm.
Sperm also needs to get INTO your vagina.
