Me and my boyfriend had sex for about 10 minutes and then he took the condom off and carried on for another 5 minutes before putting another condom on to finish, in the time without the condom I'm afraid he pre came and I could be pregnant as I finished my period 2 weeks before, help?!

You can get pregnant off pre-cum sometimes. According to some UK research, some men seem to always have sperm in their pre-cum, and some do not. However, if he had not urinated since his last ejaculation, there could well be some residue ejaculate which would mix with the pre-cum anyway.
Any time you have unprotected sex there is a risk you may get pregnant, but in this case, it seems unlikely provided your reproductive system is functioning normally. There is always the chance of a late ovulation, and thus a later period.
You don't say how long your cycle is, but assuming the standard 28-day cycle, ovulation is likely to occur on cycle day 15. You are likely then to be fertile between days 10 and 16. Finishing your period 2 weeks before, takes you to cycle day 19, which would be a non fertile day, so you would not get pregnant.
However, if ovulation was 4 days later than normal (day 19) you could get pregnant. Similarly if your cycle is normally 30 days, and ovulation was two days late, you could get pregnant.
