Once you have lost your virginity you can or will never bleed again as your hymen has been broken. If you abstain from sex again for a long time now you may experience discomfort again with a partner but likely will not bleed as you have lost the hymen and only by rebuilding it by a surgeon would they (in some cultures) do so.
