"No, you can't have implantation bleeding right after menstruation.
Implantation bleeding can occur when a fertilized egg implants itself into the uterus lining, where it will then develop into a fetus. It takes around ten days for a fertilized egg to travel from the fallopian tube into the uterus in order to implant itself. You cannot conceive during menstruation as there is no egg (although you can be fertile during menstruation if there is fertile cervical mucus present), but you may conceive directly after menstruation, but this still means that the very earliest you'd be able to see implantation bleeding is around ten days after menstruation has come to an end."- Quora
