Hi,
If you had your Mirena IUD few days ago and you are experiencing enlarged lymph nodes I would say that you have an infection and that is the cause of the enlargement. Because lymph nodes tend to swell up if there is an infection in the body.
However you are having this for too long, two years is not a short period of time. If you had infection two years ago it would mean that you are constantly having one. Have you had your doctor check up your Mirena UID? Is there a possibility that you have some minor allergic reaction all this time?
There is a possibility also that you have some bacteria in your body and the body is fighting it all the time.

I had the Skyla IUD put in April 2017. And started getting swollen lymph nodes underneath my arms and and close to my breast tissue consistently (beginning June 7th). I am on antibiotics, which I've been told by my doctor would likely kill a potential virus in my body. Hoping this is a symptom of the IUD and not something worse.

Yes, an IUD (intrauterine device) can cause swollen lymph nodes in some cases. This is because the body may perceive the IUD as a foreign object and mount an immune response to it. Swollen lymph nodes are a common symptom of an immune response, as the lymph nodes help to filter out foreign substances and bacteria from the body.
However, swollen lymph nodes can also be a sign of other conditions or infections, such as urinary tract infections. If you are experiencing swollen lymph nodes after getting an IUD, it is important to speak with a doctor to determine the underlying cause and appropriate treatment, if necessary.
Here are a few potential treatments for swollen lymph nodes from an IUD:
* Anti-inflammatory medications: Over-the-counter medications, such as ibuprofen or acetaminophen, can help to reduce pain and inflammation associated with swollen lymph nodes.
* Warm compresses: Applying a warm compress to the affected area can help to reduce swelling and discomfort.
* Antibiotics: If the swollen lymph nodes are caused by an infection, such as a sexually transmitted infection or urinary tract infection, antibiotics may be necessary to clear the infection.
* Removal of the IUD: In some cases, if the swollen lymph nodes are persistent or severe, removal of the IUD may be necessary.
