can u have symptoms of pregnancy a week after having intercourse?

You can have symptoms.  It doesn't mean you're pregnant however.  Lots of things can present as pregnancy early.  

Usually the earliest signs of pregnancy are: a late period OR spotting a week before your period.

Headaches, nausea, and all that is not specific to pregnancy.
