You're not stupid.
Are you sure you're pregnant? How long ago did you have sex? If less the 3 days, get an emergency contraceptive.
If you are pregnant, no. There is no way for you to make yourself have an abortion. You need to see a doctor. Trying to do it yourself could endanger your life. Even after an abortion there are follow up visits to make sure all the fetus has been removed. If it is not, you could develop a life threatening infection.
Can you called Planned Parenthood or similar?
