NO, you cannot get pregnant from anal sex alone. If it were to "dribble out" then the only way to get it into the vagina would be to stick his penis in your vagina too.

 

And sperm do die when they are outside the body. Not immediately, but the do die. When they die depends on the enviormental settings, they can last anywhere from a few seconds to a few hours.

I'm 14 years old about to turn to 15. I'm really ashamed of having sex at this young of age but i recently had anal sex for the first time after 6 months of not having sex. actually sperm doesnt die when it hits the air if sperm was alone it would but it is covered in a protective liquid which it feeds off of and still lives thats y sperm banks have u cum in a cup and your sperm dont die so technically you could get pregnant if sperm happened to get in your vagina from anywhere on your body google it if you think im wrong......sperm can live up to 5 -7 days once its inside you if it was just on a bed sheet or something it would prob live less than a day :) and i went to school obviously u didnt learn to much when you were there

yes u can actually get pregnant from anal sex, IF, the cum dribbles out (which it will) and gets near the vagina.

Wow. Some of you aren't that knowledgeable. Sperm can live 1 to 3 hours outside of the man's body. If it dribbles or he comes on you and it makes its way to your vagina you can get pregnant.
