Can you tell the truths about muscling-flexing products? Are they dangerous? There are so many of them on the market that use small electric currents to tone your muscles and it scares me a little. How they work?

Well, to tell you the truth I don’t think they are. They work by passing an electric current, very small, between electrodes at various points on the skin in order to make muscles contract are very safe and work along exactly the same principles as the special TENS units used to ease the pain of childbirth. Our whole bodies are governed by tiny electrical circuits, not only in the heart and brain but in almost every living cell. There is no evidence that the external current used in these toning products have any detrimental effects whatsoever.
