Are there really little holes in them? And can they leak out of the tip without totally breaking? Is it obvious when a condom breaks? Please help.

Condoms ARE inspected, the good ones at least. Not to say that someone couldn't tamper with one. Yes it's obvious when they break, they tend to tear, not just a pin hole.
