3 monhts ago I got my first girlfriend, and we immediately started having sex. It was, and still is, very nice, exept for the fact that I can't reach orgasm purely from penetrating. We use to stop penetrating after she comes, and then I "finish" with masturbation over her stomach (or I can even put it back in right before I come). I almost refuse to believe it is psycological, as I *can* come with her watching me masturbate. I am not circumsized.
The foreskin is a little tight, but it still pulls itself back during sex if I don't do it myself, so it's not *that* tight. I do however feel like it tightens pretty hard when the glans is exposed (during sex), and maybe that causes bad bloodstream or something?
Or maybe the head is just *too* sensitive? I can't masturbate to orgasm with the glans exposed either, and yes, I use lubrication :p

i still think there is a chance this is psychological. is your girlfriend on a hormonal contraception? if you are not aiming for pregnancy she should be on a form of hormonal contraception or you should use a condom. if your glans is too sensitive then perhaps using a condom may help you to reach orgasm.

Hi, yes she is using pills. We did use condom the first few times, but I didn't come. Maybe my technique was too slow or something, I could try with a condom now the next time, and we'll see ;-)

I can tell you that if you have not had sex very often or if you have not orgasmed in the process of penetrating that you probably have trained your body to ejaculate only when you masturbate. The best trick to solve this --and I have done this before--is to try to masturbate by thrusting instead of by moving your hand. Basically, when you masturbate on your own, try to simulate having sex. It will take you awhile the first few times, but you will start to ejaculate by thrusting, and that will mean that you can start doing that with your girlfriend too. Does that make sense?
