I've read all the causes and symptoms and the conclusion I came to was kissing someone with bad oral hygiene..so I stopped kissing and quess what after the swelling went away I felt a significant changes..sucks because this person is my significant other..but oh well..im not going to jepodize my self but think about that it could be from someone you kissed...

I am 24, male, have never had any allergies/reactions before.

I have red swollen lips, very dry, red ring around my mouth and numb/tingiling feeling. small white bumps are now showing up around my lips.

I have spent several hours searching for a cause/cure. I believe I found my cause as I ate a Mango on Sunday night, the reaction started Monday evening. I researched mangos and they are in the same family as POISON IVY! The two share a chemical that is found in the skin of mangos. I did not eat the skin but my lips did touch it because I ate the fruit off the skin. I feel pretty confident this is it because that was the only outliar in my diet. I am assuming hydrocortizone will do the trick.

I get those bumps around my mouth with mangoes also but I was tested and I'm not allergic. She suggested cross reactive allergies (birch pollen, willow pollen and poplar pollen, grass pollen)

I got this the first time in March 2015 and now again today. Weird. My face also feels numb towards my ears when I touch it. Little white bumps on lips. I also have like a yeast thing on my lips in the corners. Have had that for years. My eyes burn to and feel different.

I have swollen numb top and bottom lips. I brush my teeth it feels like I am on fire? I am set up Monday the 26th, for Endoscopic
And Colonoscopic. I was trying to lose weight. May-June-July. I got sick today 4 months Later I have lost 68lbs. Before that I had seen Dr. Total of 15lbs. Some People Say It's An ulcer. I am living off Gatorade. I take Zofran. &Phenergan . Tried yogurt it makes me sick

I've had the same issue, those aren't mosquito bites those are hives. I'm not sure if I'm allergic to something or what but I get hives every night, and swollen lips every morning.

I have been experiencing a tightness on the inside of my upper lip every few months it comes and goes... It is slightly itchy at times and at times I have a slight numb sensation but no pain... It is something that started about six months ago.. Very strange but annoying... My dentist gave me a mouthwash with Benadryl and a steroid in it and it worked but it's back again!!!!
