I brought a little dog to the vet last week. She gave her cephalexin 500 mg 2day. The 1st day she vomited everything she ate, but she looked ok. Now she has pink spots on her skin. I really need your advice!

I have a 5 year old Labrador. He's been having skill problems now and then since last year and has been on 250mg, twice a day, for 6 weeks for each occurrence. He handles cephalexin well, no vomiting. The skin infection usually comes back a few weeks after the medication stops.
