I just had a baby boy and about a couple of weeks after i developed this grape sized chalazion on my right upper eyelid. I went to get it removed, which was very painfull and i am scared that i have to go again. Has anyone had it removed and then to see it come right back? (mine is not completely gone and is getting more and more red) And i had it lanced on the outer eyelid... does it heal without leaving a hole in your eyelid? Could the Chalazion had been caused by hormonal changes due to just having a baby?

yes it probably can be caused by pregnancy becuase of over whelming stress of having the baby and taking care of it... other wise its usually just an overload of oil that cant be released.... after surgery yes there will be and indentation... after a long time it might dissapear... idn i have 2 right now and on august 15th im getting them removed but the doctor i go to has not seen many re-occurences.. after the surgery there should be a schedualed follow up appointment but if it is getting more and more red it it coming back because ive had that after getting them lanced... thats why im getting them surgically removed... hope this reply helped

Just know that wat goes around comes around, if u help others with ur secret, then others will do the same. The lord was probably reminding u to share it with others who are suffering the same thing u suffered.
