Last night me and my gf where having sex and we put on the condom right but during it i saw at the bottom of the condom there was white stuff is that me or is that the lube and her put together making that im scared :(

It is normal for fluids to collect at the bottom of the condom, that is what the condom is designed for. To take off properly with fluid you need to be careful and make sure you are in the bathroom and not near your gf/partner when you do it just in case some spills onto or into her vagina. The liquids you see will be, white stuff probably your sperm and maybe some vaginal fluid if she squirted or gushed from her vagina - yes, girls can do that too.
It's normal, just relax. At least you have the sense to use a condom, good for you!
