Hi, some time ago I bought a CD that contains a workout program. At first I was skeptical about it but the results were seen about a month after I have started applying it. Anyway, as I said before, it has been a while since I began with the exercises and it seams that I have reached all there is with this program. I am thinking about changing the routine. Do you have a word of advice for me?

Hi, first of all I would like to congratulate you on your decision to begin with the workout program. I am not such a big fan of the way you are doing it, but there are a lot of people who are telling me about great results they have achieved with this kind of workout. I am sure that the instructor on the CD explains everything there is to know about these kind of exercises. This usually includes the time when you should go for a harder training. But this is only a CD. There is no way to know how things will develop for different people. I suggest you talk to a professional trainer about the possible changes in your routine. After all, that is their job and he will be able to advice you about the exercises that will help you achieve maximal results.
