I have been having a dull ache/pain in the centre of my chest which seems to move around. Everytime I have eaten I tend to burp and my bowels feel as if I need to go to the toilet. It's interrupting my sleep some nights and seem to have panic attacks sometimes to so I have to find something to take my mind off it... Been to the docs he thinks its cause reflux and muscle damage to the chest but I just don't think it is. Also my chest area and stomach gurgle a lot of the time like its Hungry for food but I've only just eaten can anybody help please
