Hello. I'm 24 year old male and I have some serious questions. About three months ago I started to lift some weights.
I have decided to start with it after I realized that I don’t have single muscle and that my immune system is very weak.
Then, three nights ago my chest started to crack and it happened almost every time at night.
I couldn't sleep on my side, because my chest would hurt. I was just wondering what could be the possible cause of this strange pain. Can someone please help me!?
I'm very worried about this!

Hi, I have just read your post and it has made me thinking about it. You see, there are several things that could happen in your case.
You probably started lifting heavy weights to soon and that’s caused your sternum and ribs joints to loosen up a bit.
\Your muscles are contracting all the time and your joints aren’t still ready for these changes.
If this is the case- it will all soon disappear.
The second option is possible heart attack or angina pectoris.
Your heart isn’t prepared for this kind of activity and that’s why, heart problems are so common among weight lifters.
Talk with some specialist about this!

I've had the same problem with my back and chest cracking for yeas and I was in so much pain that I had to stop weight lighting. The pain wasn't sharp but it was a dull ache that drove me crazy and very annoying. Many years later I started weight lighting again and found that my issue was because of bench presses and nothing else caused it. I've been back in the GYM now for almost four years now and doing great until I started benching and now I'm in pain again so I have to stop benching and do other things that work on the chest. If anyone else out there has been down this road and has found a solution please let me know. I thought I was alone with this issue because no one else in the GYM has the problem but I see all kinds of people on line with this issue.
