i have had a chest irritation now for over a year now. I feel that there is something stuck in my chest that wont come out.

could some one please shed some light for me
i   get attacks from it ( the umm bug last more hrs)

I have seen the lung specialist and everything is good
i have gone to the local doctor heaps of times and no one can tell me anything
