Tonight I started to have what I thought was heartburn. I started to become concerned when it started to go through to my back by my sholder blade and down my left arm and up my neck a little bit. I checked my pulse and blood pressure. my BP was fine but my pulse was fast. it came in waves and lasted for hours. I got flush periodicaly and got a really bad headache. I am now very tired but the pains are almost unnoticable. Should I be worried or do you think I am just overreacting?

Don't take a chance, get to the hospital.
Women tend to have different symptoms than men do. Your symptoms are classic enough that I'd be very concerned. Please get this checked out now, don't wait until morning to see if it gets better. I'm glad your BP is good. The fast pulse is a concern too. You need an EKG at minimum.
If you are having any cardiac event, early intervention is key to reducing damage to the heart.

Thank you for your reply. I did end up going to the ER and got an EKG. It was fine. Thank God. They told me that it was GERD. I am glad that I went. It made may dad stop worrying. (he had a heartattack a few years ago) I also go an answer for all why I have been in so much pain wich is a big releif. They gave me some medicine and i am feeling better.
