I am a female aged 42 years. I have chest pain on my left side first but now it is on both sides! to be specific it's on my breast bones and it is also a burning sensation which radiates to my back. I had a barium swallow in march and 3 ECG which came normal so I don't know what is wrong with me. About three weeks ago, I felt really bad so went to see the doc for my blood pressure, and he looked at me and said i am a bit pale so need to do FBC (full blood count), then found out that i was anemic, therefore i was put on iron and folic acid right away for about 4 months. i found out that symptoms of anemia include chest pain and palpitations so i thought it was normal, so after taking the iron supplement for 3 weeks now and i still have the pain and burning sensation, I got a bit worried. I am going for review at the doc tomorrow afternoon but in the meantime, has anyone had symptoms like mine? thanks
