I've been accidently poping my chest for a few years now from stiffness, any clues on how to fix the problem?

Nice avatar!  Have you had any chest xrays for the chest popping?  Ever seen or talked to a doctor about it?

Lol, avatar jynx? Anyways, I've taken little account and viewed it as a stiffness thing. Is there any stretching exersizes you might now about before I resort to high-price x-rays?

Do you do your deep breathing exercises? I used to do band in school and my band teacher when I first started would get us students to do deep lung exercises by lying on the floor with a heavy book on our chest and we would have to expand our chests and have the book rise by inhaling/expanding our lungs. Works really well, try that for a week and see if that makes a difference at all, it will at least make your lung walls stronger if nothing else. Are you a smoker of either cigarettes or weed? Have you ever had a chest injury (that you know of)?

(Time to convert to my personal "activities") ok... I use air to extremely reduce pressure/stress when getting up/sitting down or if I'm going to be as quiet as possible. I'll hold my breath until I reach my destination(quiet thing)/manage to gain full focus (if I'm getting up). Is this practice close at all to your excersices?
