I've noticed I begin to feel down and it ranges from mild feelings
of discomfort to exteme irritability and downright depressive feelings.
Engaging in 10-20 minutes or more of exercise entirely alleviates it-
at least for a couple of hours. Is this abnormal or is it a side effect of the
exercise? I'm not talking marathon running- exercise bicycle, stair
stepper, floor exercises, etc.
