Hello everyone, my first post. 

I have been suffering from insomnia for the past month and a half now, but this is a different kind of insomnia because I keep waking up early in the morning around 3am no matter what time I go to bed (early morning awakening), I try to practice good sleep hygiene and exercise occasionly, but still nothing is working so far I've tried talking to a docter but said he is not sure what to do, he said that I don't want to take sleep medication at my age,(15 years old). I do not think I suffer from depression or anxeity or anything like that. I've tried taking valerian when I go to bed and also tried when i wake up in the morning but nothing works.

I just want to sleep!! thank you any help is appreciated.%-)
