I'm a 37 yr old guy with chronic pain in LHS abdomen (under belly button to the left).

I've had a CT, ultrasounds of liver/kidneys, colonoscopy as well as bloods and urine test all are clear.  I've been off work for 6 months and getting married in 6 weeks.  I need help but I now don't know what to do!!!  Has anyone had similar problems?

No diarrhoea, no loss of appetite, in fact gaining weight due to lack of exercise.
