Cigarette smoke may not be as harmful when inhaled thru a filter but you also breath the smoke as it burns off the end of the cigarette. Second hand smoke is more dangerous than breathing thru a filter. Any way you look at it smoking is hazerdous to your health and also anyone else near you.
