I’m 15 turning 16, I’m a little over weight (working on it), my penis is a bit shorter than what I would expect it to be but I’ve never had tones of issues with it, i am circumcised since 3 years ago. I woke up this morning to find that my penis’ foreskin had retracted all the way to the base, some of the skin was a little red and it didn’t feel too great, I attempted to pull the foreskin back up over it but I can’t get a grip, I’m scared and I don’t know what to do
