I have been having this thick clear mucus discarge from my vagina for about 8 days now and today have had bad tummy pains. I have a 2 year old and I have the coil, I had Sti tests and given all clear other than bv. Should I be worried?

Have you had any recent diarrhea or constipation that would cause you to strain when having a bowel movement? Clear, thick mucus is usually from your colon. It's the mucus that coats your intestinal tract to protect it from any damage. Many women tend to think it's from their vagina but it really isn't. Gravity tends to cause it to end up there.
