Hi. I am a very healthy 24 year men. I have a girlfriend for over than two years and we are having sex very regularly.
Two days ago she has noticed that I have some clumps in my semen. I insured her that she wasn’t right and she probably imagined this.
A day after, while I was showering I have noticed also that I do really have some yellow clumps in my semen.
I became really scared over this because I have never had any experience with this kind of problems.
My girlfriend I saying that she wouldn’t have any more sex with me until I check this with my doctor.
What should I do?

You must understand that this could be absolutely normal condition. There's a wide range of texture, odor, and taste in normal and healthy semen. There is even variation in color, including opaque white, transparent, and yellowish. Lots of men aren't aware of how their semen compares in appearance to that of other men. If these clumps have really strong yellow color than you should consider visiting an urologist. The cause may be in some urinary infection and also some sexually transmitted disease. Also, in a past few years very common, disease called prostatitis. Prostatitis is bacterial inflammation of prostate, gland located under your bladder, which purpose is to add some fluid in your semen. This can be treated with antibiotics for about a month and your symptoms will disappear for good.
I had these symptoms. I've been a user of Nutrasweet, Splenda and Sweet 'N Low. I quit using the first two and the problem cleared up. Not convinced there was a connection, I used Nutrasweet and Splenda again, and the problem returned. So I quit using them 100%. The problem went away again, and hasn't returned. It's been over a year now with no problems.

My husband and i noticed that hydration has alot to do with the lumps, but WATER is needed, and no other drinks, also cutting out chemicals (even stuff liek the splenda etc) there are alot of chemcials in the foods we eat now a days, so .... try watching what you eat and drinking more for a while and see how it goes or cums ;-)

i am 13 and 9 monthes i have noticed in January that i have a pea sized lump on my left testicle,and in May it was gone now i notice sum lumps,on or under the same testicle that feel kinda like vains?? please will somebody answer me back i've posted this like 15 times and still no answers ? please answer me bak and iz it even possible to have it at 13?...................???????answer bac please
no idea what to tell you, did you check out if it is a vein? feel a pulse or anything? if not you might want to get it checked out by the doc
Just wondering. What do these clumps look like. I have a problem like this which involves little transparent yellow lumps.
My sperm is really thick. It is so thick that it is a real strugle to ejaculate it all out. I used to squirt out a good normal distance but for a few years now it has been like this, kind of slow and oozing. Orgasms are not as good by far. My doctor says that I don't have any infection. Having sex is a real let down in comparison to the past. :-( Any herbs ect.. that might help?
I recently noticed these rice like transparent lumps in my semen and wondering whats going on. I've never had this before but in the last 10 days its been present. I admit i havent had any sex for about 2 weeks before i noticed it and now its allways there. The color is normal (lightly yellow and normally thick) but these lumps in my opinion are not. I dont know if its just paranoia on my behalf but now that im worried about it, one of my testes is a little sore, im thinking its mind over matter as in the slight pain is all in my head. I'll also admit that im not taking care of myself very well, my mother passed away a few years ago and have been drinking alot more since ( about 3 to 5 beers a night) and i dont excercise, dont drink enough water and my diet is irregular as in i dont eat alot and only late in the day. I know i need to change these habits so no need to comment on that. Im 31, i dont take any medecine for anything.

Ive had this a few times but thought nothing of it until it happened for a period of about 2 weeks. I noticed that it was when i was drinking and smoking heavily with little exercise and hardly any water and eating fatty unhealthy foods. Since then i have kept up a regular routine of drinking about 8 pints of water a day, eating lots of fruit and veg and doing more exercise, i have also cut back the amount i smake and do not drink as much. Since i started doing this i have never had the problem since that time.
I have the same thing and it was scary when I first noticed it. Sometimes it is so thick it is weird feeling when I ejaculate. I was worried for a long time about possibly having an STD or be unable to have children. But I have been with my wife for 3 years and both tested negative for STD's. She's pregnant now with a healthy baby girl. It seems when I'm not living a healthy lifestyle it is more common than when I eat healthy and exercise and drink plenty of water.
I had this problem for the past year or two. Newbie user..Artie According to my doctor the yello lumps is urine getting into the sperm. You are going to die!! No.. just joking...LOL.. Apparently it is frequently caused by an enlarged prostate gland that surrounds the uretha that passes urine and sperm. Doctors don't seem to concerned about it. I've had this now for about 15 years and I'm not dead yet!!. However you should talk to your doctor about it and check your sperm regularly.
