My niece has been diagnosed with coeliac last year, and her birthday is coming up in a month. I have always been the one to make birthday cakes for family members, as baking is a great hobby of mine! But this one is going to be a bit more of a challenge! Can anyone give me some coeliac friendly recipes for birthday cakes? I want to make fancy frosting too, so please give me recipes for that as well. Thanks :-)
