I think that everything that you have posted on this that spinach is one of the best things you can possibly eat if you are depressed because it has all the vitamins mentioned that are helpful. I think that for some reason iron is really helpful but I don't exactly know why. I think that if you are depressed then a salad a day plus a peanut butter sandwich can be very helpful. What about manic depression though? isn't that a different type of depression altogether?

so apples are full of iron and peanuts are full of protein . They can help too i think dealing with depression . Is it true?
