Mmm, you could try teasing him. When the conversation gets near the topic tell him he has a small penis and that's why girls don't like him. When he tells you he hasn't a small penis just tell him to prove it. If he doesn't want to show tease him more. Things like "what happens, you don't have a penis?" or "your penis must be smaller than I thought". If he is still afraid to show tell him that you'll show first if he is afraid. I think this may work depending on your friend's pride.

Get a ruler to see how long his penis is and compare with yours. You should be able to compare the sizes with just looking at his penis though. You could also compare your penis hard and soft.
