complex ovarian cyst post menopausal lady

gyn and gynoncologist monitor my complex ova cyst for over 2 years. it has remained the same 3 cm. they said most likely benign. they are cautious about taking it out surgically due to the fact that i have a history of several surgeries with adhesions. i can have complications from surgery. i don't know what to do. they want another ultrasound in three months. when is this going to stop. my ca125 and he 4 blood tumor markers have been normal help
