Well I had a c section in November and got my birth control shot December 1st before being released from the hospital and was due back the beginning of March for my next shot but didn't get it. Last month I had like a day or two of spotting but no actual period and I also took a pregnancy test bout 3 weeks ago and it said negative. But as of yesterday I been having this bad cramping in my abdomen and lower back. Also for like the past week I have been having a loss of appetite and a clear fluid discharge. Do any one have any suggestions or thoughts.....
Make sure to keep your appointments and ask if you can have a followup ultrasound before the anatomy ultrasound to compare the growth. If it is the amount "behind" as this ultrasound then you may have conceived a little later between periods than some women.
