I am a 37 year old woman and I have had this problem with bloating off and on occasionally. I wouldnt be in any pain, it's just my stomach would be so distended, I would be short of breath, and I would feel lightheaded at times, it would be hard for me to concentrate and think clearly, it's like everything would seem a bit off.  What I have recently discovered, in my case, was that it was something in my diet.  I had to figure out what I was eating or drinking regularly that could cause the bloating.  As soon as I narrowed it down to what that item was, i stopped consuming it, and the bloating began to go away and my stomach back to original size.  This may not be the case for everyone but i hope this helps someone because I know what you are going through and it is no fun to be bloated.

I too have similar symptoms. I feel full 24/7 and even if I do get hungry I only eat a few mouthfulls and almost immediately get full. I can go without food for hours and not feel hungry. I recently started having dizzy spells that last almost all day, low blood pressure, and loss of weight. I also constantly feel sick and my head often feels heavy. I have had many tests done including blood tests, an MRI, and heart tests as well as a balance test but not much luck. The doctors seem to think it is related to dehydration but I drink constantly and it does not help. If anyone thinks they have a diagnosis or an answer to what I have been feeling please let me know

I'm sixty and i feel like that very often. Staying away from spicy foods does help in my case. I also have to eat less than I used to. Try to vary your food- don't stick with only one quality of food for too long.

My Mom had all of these symptoms and more. They misdiagnosed her with allergies, gets, celiac disease, IBS, and a number of other things. She was in pain and uncomfortable for over a year. Bloating, dizzy spells, abdominal and back pain, nausea, sometimes constipated and sometimes had diarrhea, certain foods make it worse. But with no rhyme or reason. She tried juicing, becoming vegetarian and them even vegan. Nothing helped. Ultimately, she ended up needed emergency surgery because what started out as a partial blockage in her intestines because a complete and total blockage (again, it was over the course of more than a year). It was so bad by the time she was in the ER that her intestines had a hole in it and waste was seeping into her abdominal cavity. The doctors also had to remove a portion of her intestines because they were dead from the blockage. I don't want to scare anyone but I saw my M suffer for so long. If I can help anyone, it's worth it. Oh - and it took six months for her to recover from surgery. But now she is 100% better! It's amazing. It's also genetic. So, if you have any family members with issues, pay attention to your symptoms.

I,m a little mythed at some of the advice also that's been given, Have some of you had your thyroids checked? Could any of you have kidney stones? Have any of you had a bout of sickness which as left you where you can eat hardly and even drinking sips of water make you feel full...Could be trapped gasses that need something to help disperses the trsped gas but it doesn't happen in one go.......I have bloatedness and a feeling of being full but mine was due to first having a kidney infection which led to me being violently sick where i was even throwing up sips of water so I went docs and they gave me pills for this pills for that and I needed anti sickness pills which did stop the sicking but I found I didn't and still do not have much of an appetite, feel full and bloated if I drink certain drinks and eat certain foods but I got some wind-eze tablets from the chemist which do help break down the gas in my stomach but as I haven't eaten that much really in a week I haven't passed a stool yet but don't feel in pain with that which I find strange...I just don't feel as hungry as I should ,have a dull headache ,but water seems ok and ive also tried to add high fibre in my diet (if I can muster up the appetite to eat) but I know I must eat but its a bot of a vicious circle ...eat and I feeling bloated and don't want to eat again ....or don't eat and I know I,ll start suffering underlying sypmtoms through starvation....Am going to my doctors Monday morning to get it sorted once and for all but will go through the symptoms ive had and the reason I got them and should be a perfectly normal answer

Hi I am a 47 year old women who also has the problem of constantly feeling full and it feels like someone is putting their arms around my upper part of my stomach and squeezing me really tight. Idon't enjoy eating anymore either, and though I am not gaining los of weight I look like I have in my middle. It is causing more problems with my breathing and I am constantly gasy, it is so embarrassing. I also get very loud burps especially in the morning. I feel really fat and miserable. My Doctor did some test quite awhile ago but found nothing and just blamed it on the shifting of weight because I am in my Fourties. I think that is garbage. Anyone out there have an idea what this could be.
