I've been having my period for about 2 to 3 years now and the mucus won't stop. Isn't it only suppose to come out a week or two before your period? But for me it's constant and I get it all year long. It's been getting thicker lately and I've already have had my period for this month. Is this normal or is it something more? :-(
Ya I have the exact same issue. Have you found anything out about it?
I have been having white discharge all year long. my menstrual is very irregular. I have seen it only 8 months last year and i'm not 100% sure when im ovulating. It comes later and later every month, at least 1week late. why am i getting these discharges and it is becoming very annoying to me. %-)
I have had a discharge for several years and have seen different doctors about the problem.
It is a white discharge with no odor noticed and is usually heavier before my period. I have no other symptoms. All the doctors have done vaginal cultures which have come back negative. I had started seeing a new ob/gyn and told him I am worried and want an answer. The first 3 cultures he did came back clean but I had a culture a year ago and got shocking results. I tested positive for 2 different things. The first is strep B, something normally present but is usually not a problem unless there is an overgrowth. This can cause premature labor in pregnant women, which I am not, and is treated with penicillin. The second thing was something I never ever expected, herpes. I have been married for 33 years and my husband and I have both been faithful to each other and have no symptoms that you would expect from a diagnosis of herpes. I have learned that most people have no symptoms and do not know they have it. They are simply asymptomatic but are still able to spread the virus. You can have herpes for years and not even know. Without symptoms it is impossible to know when you are the most contagious. I have never had any sores,no itching, burning, tingling, literally nothing to indicate something like this. Even my doctor did not expect this. He just could not figure out what was causing the discharge and decided to check for about 30 different things. Since I have no symptoms he wanted to be sure before I started viral suppresant drug therapy and ordered blood work for both my husband and me which came back positive. I hope this helps. and if you test positive I recommend you join a support group online to talk with others with herpes. It is hard to discuss with people face to face at first but does get easier when you realize how many people have it. Good luck.

Yeah I don't think you husband has been faithful for 33 years, sorry you can't just magically get herpes. You better re-think your relationship
I'm 24 and I am still irregular, I have been waiting to become regular.
(So when it comes it's like SURPRISE!) My mom says because I don't eat
enough, I'm very thin. It also comes when I eat a lot, I think. It has
never even had a pattern. Maybe after 3 months twice but never a
pattern. My periods have been coming less often since last year. Last
year it only came 4 or less times while the year before that 6-8 times.
This year just once so far, last month. But I've also had discharge for a
long time and since last year the discharge is daily, I have to wear a
tissue paper(I don't have liners) everyday or my underwear gets dirty.
It stains yellow on my underwear and on the tissue. I don't know if
there is any odor. I also keep getting vaginal gas.
And since 2 days ago I feel like something is stuck in vagina, when I sit in a wrong position it hurts like a tampon is titled and hitting the wall. But I don't wear tampons and never had intercourse. I can feel liquid discharge coming through to easy the pain sometimes.
Sometimes I get hair stuck there but I always immediately pull it out with 2 fingers. I tried many times this time and there was nothing there. It gets more sore when I wipe so I think it's some kind of irritation or sore. I put my finger with my nail at the opening before it started to feel like that 2 days ago, I might've scratched with my nail. Something like this happened before(excepth the nail) and it went away. I'm trying to wait it out this time too. But could it be something more serious? I've never been to gynecologist before.
