I'm 22 years old and I've had a lymph node on the right side of my neck swollen for as long as I can remember (at least 5 years) it's firm. I've been relatively healthy most of my life except stomach issues that I've had since I was born (still don't know why). As of the last year all of my symptoms have gotten worse (Nausea, Fatigue, Anxiety,etc..) and my doctor has given up as to what might be wrong. He put me on anti anxiety medication for a while (no longer on it), tested me for Chrones and Celiacs. Sent me to an Endocrinologist because I have a large nodule on my thyroid (after a biopsy they said it's benign). I've been put on acid reducers and anti nausea medication. No matter how much I sleep I always feel tired, some days worse than others. Have always had insomnia (somewhat better after the anxiety medication). Someone I was talking to that has Lyme disease pretty much put how I feel very well, Looking at me you would think I'm a happy healthy guy, but on the inside I feel like I'm slowly dying (bit of an exaggeration).

Sorry for the rambling, but It's late and I can't sleep, and I'm very tired.

I also have slightly low vitamin D and magnesium levels.
According to the doctor and all of the tests he ran I should be healthy, but obviously I'm not.
Also I might note that anything that I take or try (medication/treatment) works for a short while then it seems like my body just decides it doesn't effect me at all anymore.

I'm a 21 year old female who has all of the same problems as you. I have a swollen lymph node that is firm like a knot on the right side of my neck. I am always tired no matter how much I sleep. I have always had horrible stomach problems since I can remember! Bad stomach aches nearly everyday, nausea, anxiety which makes my stomach hurt worse, and just plain discomfort. The Doctors have tested me as well for just about everything you can think of and they offer me no answers. I would love for them to give us an answer. I just find it so weird that we have all of the same problems & are around the same age. I've never met anyone with the exact same symptoms as me.
