Constant tingling in penis

Further to my previous post, I had a VERY small (read: nearly impossible to spot) wart frozen off my frenulum(banjo) 2 days ago. The tingling in my penis head has 90% gone away after nearly half a year! Hoping this was the cause of it, unless it will return when the area has fully healed. Will return in a week to have one more round of freezing just to make sure.

It could be this simple guys! No way I could live with the feeling of constantly needing to pee

Yeah I've had this sensation for the last week since having a circumcision. I'm on antibacterials to see if it combats it, and will see the urologist next week.

HI i am having the same problem with my 6 year old it has been on going for about 4-5 months i only notice it started with these same symptoms after having antibiotics for an ear infection. the dr i seen just seemed to shrug it off... i will def be going back and getting a referral to pediatrician and a urologist and also look into having a cbc done..

Same thing, just left dr! Penis hasn't stopped tingle after unprotected sex over a month ago. All test negative- uti, std, prostate exam. It's becoming more difficult to just wake up to this reality currently. If anyone has any answe or advice to ease te tingle I beg of you!

Could be in the food we eat causing such issues. Maybe in the air we breath or the water we drink. Or not. Maybe there's different reasons for each person. Pot could be a factor. Maybe my D is just numb halff the time. Lol

Same guy from 2 post up. I am 30y old male. I went to a total of 4 regular docs before seeing a urologist today. Also a massage and chiropractor, doing acupuncture tomorrow. With all that being said the urologist gave me some hope. He said it is from prostatisis. That when the prostate is swollen and inflamed it aggravates the nerves going to the goods. Hopefully my symptoms go away in a month he put me on 5 different medications including a steroid antibiotic and pain pills. At the very least he gave me hope. Also told me to continue the chiro.

Finally have an answer! Previously, i had put two very long posts in this thread (on this page I think).

I have been through HPV treatment/thrush treatment with no positive outcome, but have FINALLY got somewhere.

I've  suffered from this for 9 months now and here's how mine has drastically improved. I cut out using shower gel on my penis head - just use warm water or pH neutral body wash such as Dove or Simple. Now this helped about 60% of my symptoms after a week. But it was still there and some days it was pretty bad. So I saw my GP again and he gave me prescribed cream for thrush, which contained clotrimazole (which isnt in the over the counter creams). Well this IRRITATED THE HELL out of my area. The (already red) part of my penis head became raised and as red as you can imagine. So after a week, I stopped using this.

I then returned, and was diagnosed with lichen sclerosus. Now, the big symptom in this is red rash-type irritation and white spots. I have NO white spots - but apparently this isn't always present. I was given a incredibly strong steroid cream to put on just before bed. I've only had this for 2 days and the results are already noticable. My raised/scarlett area has already begun to return to normal colour and the burning/constant buzz/itch/tingle has started to die down. Within a matter of weeks using this cream; DERMATOL - the feeling should be completely gone.

GO AND GET TESTED FOR LICHIN SCLEROSUS NOW. It's incurable and can cause complications if not treated. Regular application of dermatol cream will completely eradicate your symptoms though within weeks and a lot of times it will never return.

This makes me feel so much better. I have been an exuberant masturbater and have experienced this tingling for days after I ejaculate. Only in the last couple years. My wife had her uterus removed due to cervical cancer because of HPV. I have always been terrified of cancer. Your story give me new insight into the problem. I will explore with my doctor. If you've been tested for STDs and other infections and come up clear there, some other possibilities include prostatitis, nerve entrapment or nerve damage. A urologist can help get to the bottom of the issue. In the meantime, try using a penis health creme with Shea butter, which can help soothe any external irritation - just don't put it into the urethra.

is the Dermatol working? I'm going to be making a doctor's appointment soon and it seems like the generality of these symptoms can be quite perplexing to physicians so I was going to see what he thought about using this medication.

Once I felt a pinprick pain in my urinary tract, I had no problem passing urine (no pain or burning) but had some weird feeling around/in my Penis. I consulted with a Gen Physician and he said that its a urine infection and cured with some local medicine.after three days treatment my infection cured but then started a new feeling of pinprick sensation in my full body, A pain (pinprick sensation) which moves around my body from neck to toe. pain clicks at one part, stays there for 3 to 4 seconds then disappears or moves to another part of body. It mostly remains in my legs, pubic area, Urinary tract (Penis), groin, fingers etc. I also consulted with another Doctor, he suggested me for an ultrasound (kidney stone or infection) which was normal, then he said that its something related to nerves.

I then consulted to a neurologist who gave me Vit B 12 which helped me getting rid of tingling in my body but remains in Pubic area and Penis. Dr advised me to control this thing using my will power (Ahhh) .... I consulted with a urologist then and he cleared me after a Urine test and flexible cystoscopy saying you have to control this thing psychologically. 

This weird feeling and heaviness in my Pubic area Groin and Penis still felt and I have no clue what to do with this.. still fighting with my will power.

I know its hard guys, but you gotta just stop masturbating for a while. Like try going for a week and see if it gets any better
