okay guys, for 90% of people we can rule out STD's and the primary cause SEEMS to be surcamsizion or beeing overly rough with the penis, my guesse is that you either have a damaged nerve in the penis, something lodged in the head, a wart or swelling or general infection in the penis head. if it is in the base of the penis i would say it is a trapped nerve and if its in the groin its probably i kidny/bladder problem. hope this helps i have had the same problem on and off since i was 7 (infection i think), off for a bit till i was about 13 (damaged nerve), then continuasly for about 5 years. defo not an STD i think we've all been tested. i find cold showers, washing the head in cold water, making sure the penis head is cleean at ALL times, when showering holding the penis head directly under the water dorrent before urinating, and urinating regurlaly can make it go away for hours, even weeks at a time. i hope this helps you all and good luck :-D

I Have the same thing But I have never has sex i got it rather recently Iam the age of 14 and i think the goes is a big vein in thetip of the penis The vein is blue and i dont know why it has start.
it feels like Theres something there like the man said but if I push nothing happens but if i push to hard i might burst the vein also I have moles in my penis which also my contruburt i havent seen my doctor yet but hopfully i well see him soon if any of you get a update or a way to fix it plz tell me

I've got the same problem, 21 y/o male. It will just happen at random times, but i've found it happens when i'm bored much more often. During lecture, or when trying to fall asleep seems the be the worst times for me. It's so annoying some nights that I don't fall asleep until I literally pass out from exhaustion which typically doesn't happen till 10-11 AM. I've had it as long as I can remember, I can't tell you how many times i've thought of cutting the little b****r off, but life without a penis aint life.
I found the only thing that works 100% for me are opiates. Vicodon, Oxy, work wonders but are crazy expensive. So I've taken to buying tramadol on the internet, taking 300-400mg's a night I sleep great no tingling and as an added bonus my sexual stamina is absolutely crazy. If I want to I can go hours with a 400mg dose. It's a double edged sword though because the tramadol is VERY physically and mentally addictive. I've stoped cold turkey before and it is not fun, nasty chills diarrhea, headaches, and the tingling comes back 10x as bad.
So basically this mystery problem has driven me to drug addiction, it sucks to be addicted, and it sucks to have the tingling. I'm withdrawing right now after a 2 week taper down trying to find a solution that doesn't have me addicted to something, but seeing as I haven't slept for going on 26 hours now who knows.

Some of these cases sound like pudendal nerve entrapment or neuralgia. Mine started after riding a mountain bike. Tingling is in the scrotal area and slight pain in the perineum. I am getting rid of the bike and going to a physical therapist, after being referred by a urologist. Not something I am particularly looking forward to......

I have been having weird tingling sensations in my testicles for many years now. I have been to the doctors countless times and I still have no answers. I also have weird twitches going on below my scrotum. I had HPV (have because it never goes away) and did have a wart removed from my penis. This whole thing is really destroying my life, I am always thinking about it! The only relief I gey is when I take a hot bath, and the relief only last about 20 minutes. Hello all I am a 25 year old male and I have this exact problem. Started in my teens and i needed the loo alot when travelling. Eventually turned into this difficult to describe pressure feeling at the end of my penis. In some ways I have been lucky and unlucky, while working intensively at a callan school I had to drink alot of water and I had 10 minute breaks between classes. Eventually i tried skipping going to the loo between classes becuase the work was intense and distracted me and I lasted fine. I regained the feeling in my bladder. I still have the constant feeling in my penis but i only need to go about 3 or 4 times a day. Unfortunately my sleep has begun to be a little affected. I wake up usually after 5 hours sleep sometimes 6 with the feeling of needing the loo. Now unfortunatley i could hold on but i would just sit in bed not sleeping so i have to go to relax. Its a real pain, I have been to the GP many times and they really have no idea how to diagnose it they just try to fit it into CT or overactive bladder box. I think really it is a nerve problem/sensitivity as someone has previously said. I will try and follow up leads that way and update as i go. best wishes to all

i am forty now and have been having this issue for about a month i can remember having it when i was younger like around 20 but i didnt think too much about it back then i could get hard when the wind blew and like others have said the feeling does become a lot less when aroused a bit. from what i remember it just went away .. i would bet sometime along the way i must have just taken the right pill however at my age now i am not that crazy about that. tingling burning discomfort in the shaft around the tip feeling i have to pee yep yep its all coming back to me. i believe it is some kind of std but like all the others it is negative so perhaps not an std ..i dont think it is nerves . maybe some kind of germ yet not an std anyways i am trying all kinds of antibiotics to see if that is the issue. if i figure it out i will post for you fellas trust it is driving me insane and i have searched the entire web and i have even thought maybe it has to do with me sitting to pee. and maybe my dong hits the dirty toilet seat cause i sit and read actually that is where i am now but of course i cant pee just feel like i have too

I just wanted to share the same experience with a slight numb tingling sensation at the head of my penis. [ like a cell phone set on silent vibration placed against it. I've only had this for 2 days now. Although there isn't any pain if I have intercourse or problem urinating so far. I had my woman see if she could feel the spasms and she could not, which is sad because I can only imagine the demand from women all over the world for the man with the vibrating penis. ;-) Seriously though, it is kind of strange that so many have posted here and went to the doctor but yet no answers.
