Constant tingling in penis

Hey all. So just curious if after so many years if anyone found out what this was? I just started having this too after unprotected sex and am very nervous. Please let me know if anyone has any updates

I have the exact same symptoms, tests, countless types of medications and antibiotics, probes, scans and ultimately negative results as Salvamea.  This has been going on for nearly a year...Salvamea did you ever find a resolution...???

Does anyone have any idea what on earth this could be...the doctors are stumped...

For about a year now I've had this incredibly annoying sensation inside my penis around the top area going down to maybe just below the glans. It's almost as if I feel that I need to pee even though my bladder feels completely empty. It never goes away. I've had my self checked. First time a doctor said that there was a "little bit of an infection", then he gave me antibiotics. I came back after the symptoms hadn't gone away. Sometimes it stings very slightly when i urinate but not painyfully. The doctor said the infection was gone in the urine test. I then went to a urethral doctor and they performd a cystoscopy but didn't find anything wrong. after that I went to std clinic where they did tests for the typical stds but didn't find anything and they didnt have a clue of what it could be. I really cant relax with it, but it's definitely not pscyhological. i have also noticed since i got this sensation i cant last anywhere near aas long during sex or masturbation, so badly that I dont even bother, but I wouldnt care if i could just get rid of this sensation/irritation/ TINGLING. Oh and one thing is that the std clinic they said it could be nonspecific urethritis if the std tests came back negative whcih they did. so they gave me zithromax 1g(1 day) and cipro for 5 days, it did not eliminate this feeling. So they concluded that it wasnt nonspecific urethritis because NSU wouldve disappeared with the zithromax. I've searched the internet and I can't find anything relevant, and was hoping that maybe you guys know something.  I'm 21 years old. if anyone could help me find a solution or what I have and remove this feeling I would be so incredibly thankful, id even pay a damn reward (thats how sick and tired I am of this).

I had this problem start just after starting anti-depressants. It feels like when you have those short bursts of horniness, but it won't go away. It's driving me insane. 

I have come to the conclusion after reading several posts, forums and MD sights as well as my two STD tests and a few consults with Dr.s that this 'tingling in the tip' is a couple things for a couple different people.  1) after masterbating, it's likely our sperm bugging out and trying to borrow into the urethra, lost A-holes!  2) the on again off again slight tingle like a dull vibration or nerve type throb, I'm pretty sure this one is because of HPV, I have it warts come and go but when I treat them, the tingle comes, like its trying to run away.  OPTION 3) I have a laptop on my lap an aweful lot of the time...honestly, this fear is my worst WE have NO clue what prolonged...10-15 years of a laptop on our junk could to us because they are too new.  Hope this helped some people ease their mind...and if nothing else at least we were able to find people with the same issues, I was sick of feeling alone on this one.

I am 69 I get the tingling feeling but most of the time it is activated when I do something like washing up. It is not a full bladder that makes me go to pee its the tingling. I've had pills to relax my bladder with no result. I am trying drinking only bottled water at the moment to see if it changes anything. Incidentally I had a catheter inserted for a couple of days 10 years ago after an accident

I had this tingling ache (feeling like something is blocked) symptom for a year or so around 7 years ago. I had all kinds of test done at the time which all came back negative. I went into hospital and had a camera inserted into my penis. I remember waking up and seeing splatters of blood everywhere and needing a toilet so bad it was unreal. I was still coming round in recovery when I got out of the bed to pee on the hospital floor (totally not with it) and I was tackled by 4 nurses back into the bed (kill joys). The Camera diagnosis came back all clear and I was told this on the same day. Funny thing is that after the camera trick I never experienced the sensation again until 6 months ago. It seems to have got worse recently so I went to see the doctor last week who gave me anti biotic medicine. I hope this works otherwise I fear Willy will be on TV again!

I have the exact same sh*t going on. It started when I was 12 and I have this problem still 18 years later. I did all those tests also and it pisses me off when they say there's nothing wrong, I'm sure you know what I'm talking about.

I've had the same problem since my early 30's and I'm now 49.  It was really bad for the first 4 or 5 years, and then would come and go.  Have tried many different things to try and control it with very little success.  The only one thing that has made any difference is the more I work out the be less it reoccurs.  My doctor now thinks it may be CPPS (Chronic Pelvic Pain Syndrome) Google it.I do have most of the symptoms,  Maybe this will relate to some others.

Sounds like one of my herpes symptoms. Right before an out break, i get a pain in my left buttocks. When i feel the pain i take airborn or emergenC and sometime im able to avoid an outbreak

I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend yesterday, and not long after, I started experiencing a tingling right at the tip. I hope it's not some form of std, but I can't think of anything else it could be.

Hello Guys Im 22 years old, I've been having the same problem everything started after i did Insanity work out and Zoloft ! I've been to the doctor and everything seems to be normal for them , I've been tested for STDs now Twice and everything comes back Neg. i don't know what to do this is driving crazy, I feel my penis now and it feels numb !! i don't know what to do it bothers me a lot, everything started after having bad testicular pain and erection problems because of Zoloft .I have really bad anxiety problems. also after I took Zoloft sometimes it burns a lil when i pee.  this is driving crazy! i don't know what to do, i've spent so much money on this and no one seems to understand what i'm going thru. its hard .. please someone help me 

Dudes!!! I have had this issue. It from a kidney stone and your bladder. When my kidney stone acts up... It starts to tickle the inside head of my penis.. Hope this helps. Damn stone is big and is hitting some where in my bladder to cause the tingling.

i have had this problem too. It came out of nowhere. I masturbate like maybe couple times a week. I masturbated a couple days ago and now i have this tingling feeling at the tip of my penis 24/7. I am a virgin and uncircumsized. This tingling feeling will not go away. It makes me want to constantly masturbate. Then after i masturbate i hope it goes away but i keep feeling the tingling and constant urge to masturbate even after i do. Before when i masturbated i would be relaxed and have no desire to do it over and over. This is driving me crazy. I cannot get sleep because of this. so my GF has also cold sores, but did not have them when this happened to me.
For me it is almost a year now, but this sensations started after walking for 6 hours in cold city, holding the need to go to the toilet (big business), then having wild sex.
at the end of the sex, I got bit limp and she was playing with me.
and got carried away and it hurt ever since.
My pain is in the middle of penis, and also near the root.
The prostate exam is fine, bladder is fine.
So I have 2 theories:
1.
my sh*t damaged some nerves around my ass,
1.5
the cold air did not do me good
2.
my GF 'broke' some structure in my penis and everytime I ejaculate, the blood from my erection goes through the tears, fills some parts inside the penis and those are healing and being absorbed afterwards. However, I didn't see any hematoma on surface of penis.
3. I am waiting for infection results, but some guys already said, nothing was found there, so I guess it is something mechanical

had same symptoms started few days ago.(no pain, just that kinda funny itching, or it can seem like you hold pee) I am pretty sure its male yeast inf> why? i rarely drink alcohol and that day i drank botle of wine and few beers. then i found this some1 mentioned in this tread.
