dude im going through the same thing. But I got control over it, to take control over it you must accept that you are having the tingles and this is real and then you can control it better. What it is, is your part of a secret society that the many don't have the luxury in sharing. Probls lacking harmonious vibrations to the frequency you're radiating. If your hearing voices too you might not even consider a doctor for that instead you should.

well bro i came up with Noel Bohlsen and I accepted his hypnotic command to and I feel great. I now know who what and why of what is going on. You should try it just say I accept Noel Bohlsen's Hypnotic Command and say "hello Noel Bohlsen" out loud repeatedly until Noel say's stop. Then guide you from there.

This started for me about 2 days ago. I had masterbated in the morning as usual and then got up to pee. Everything was fine, then after peeing, it seemed that the tip was tingling... like a little drop of water hanging trying to fall... hard to describe the feeling exactly, but very similar to the original posts and replies. It is like a small vibrating feeling... buzz... stop... buzzz... stop... for the last couple years I have been able to orgasm daily, and I tend to think there could be some overuse problem going on, but it is hard to tell. I see where many comments mentioned this happening for the first time after sex of some sort. That seems to be common and that it comes and goes. As I type this it is all calm, but right before I started typing it was that ever so slight tingling, buzzing.. it was not painful, and definitely not strong enough to arouse anything - just a small and somewhat annoying tingle.
One person mentioned it going away while on a trip and he gave everything a rest... 5 days without release... I wonder how that will be. I am going to try that, and get back with you guys in about 5 days. I was thinking of trying this anyway, so might as well.

I've had this problem since September 2013. It went out until around Feb/March. My problem was slightly different though. If i went to the toilet more than once in a matter of hours it would continue reguarly throughout the day, despite the amount of fluid i intook. I managed, to manage it by going once on the morning, and then once on the evening, making the time of being uncomfortable limited. After the first time going for a pee, there was no real problem. Then, it stopped from May onwards until the last few days. I'm really confused to whats happening with it.
I drink alcohol and have regular protected sex and tug a little bit. But thats generally always been the case. I put it down previously to anxiety however right now in my life I'm doing a bit of travelling and i'm so happy! I've had STD tests, Urine, UTI tests blood tests, diabetes, urogoly scans, prostate scans, cystocopy all negative. I've tried taking some anti biotics to keep any virus away but doesnt seem to work. And i must stress its if I'm awake and go to the toilet within more than a few hours. My best bet is to go once on the morning and resist the rest. Also, drinking less water(as i drink a good amount) and more dairy, thicker drinks slows it down a bit. It's almost i feel the urge to pee, slight wet at the tip but not much happening.
Not sure what to do but maybe its overworking on the penis perhaps? Read some good replies, the 5 steps, by reducing alochol and stuff may work.
Any thoughts?

I had this problem also for over a year. 11 different doctors told me there was nothing wrong with me but a trip to a physical theropy doctor for a different issue found the problem. There are 6 pressure points located in your abs which when not firing correctly can interfere with nerves causing tingling in the penis head. Call around to find a doctor that is familiar with kinesiology or abdominal pressure points in general. Unfortunately it takes 2 weeks - 3 months to completely heal but it was the best thing to happen to me in a long long time. Good luck to you all I know how awful this problem is.

Dorsal part of the penis is innervated by dorsal nerve of penis and it sometimes branches of to the uretea. If this neve is compressed for example in Sulcus nervi dorsalis penis (just under pubic symphisis it could give you some tingling sensation to the area of it's innervation. If that would be a case I would recommend to find a good pelvic floor physical therapist. Good Luck.

I had this problem AND I SOLVED IT!
I am a scientist (biochemist), so I aprroached the problem in such a way as if I were attacking any other issue.
I sit at a desk 40 plus hours a week and I was walking to the bathroom every 15 minutes to relieve the tingling/urgency to urinate.
Essentially, I think that the cause of the tingling is biochemical. The answer lies in the natural microbiology of the penis. The natural flora of the penis, specifically the uretha, is a delicant environment. It is not uncommon for bacteria, found on your own body, or others (unprotected sex ;) ) to enter the urethra and survive in this environment. Usually, the natural bacteria of the penis will compete biochemically with these new bacteria (ecoli etc) and the intruder will not be able to survive.
However, sometimes the invading bacteria does survive and thrive. It may not completely inhibit the penis, and may not cause a UTI that is tracable by the tests in which modern doctors use. There are MANY strains of bacteria that are not picked up by the tests that doctors use, and thus if they come back negative they move on to the next test without to much thought or real thinking......
Fella's, your penisnot that different to vaginas in a biochemical sense. Your penis needs to have a good balance of good bacteria, which kill off the bacteria which is causing the harm.
This solution takes 5-6 days; and needs it doesn't hurt to follow up for a few weeks after.
The best thing about it, IT DOES NOT NEED THE USE OF ANTIBIOTICS; however, they dont hurt :). Basically, antibiotics are not 100% target at the problem organism; its a bit like letting a nuke off in your penis.
1.) Cut down on refined sugar for one week (no coke, white sugar, try to limit fruits etc etc). This is a fuel source for the bugs causing the issue. YOU are starving the bacteria which use sugar as fuel source. THIS IS IMPORTANT
2.) Ensure you take probiotic for UTI-Lactobacilli - ask the pharmist for this; they will require refrigeration - take this twice per day
3.) IMPORTANT: take vitamin B vitamin every morning; take magnesium, calcium supplement
4.) DO NOT DRINK CAFFIENE - it counters the treatment ; also do not drink alcohol - it has sugars and is a directic - will f**k up the treatment.
5.) DO NOT wank for the 4-6 days (if you can). In fact, try to rest the area as much as possible.
6.) Keep the area hygenic (wear clean cotton undies, wash twice daily with a sensitive soap - ask pharmacist)
7.) stay hydrated - drink 8-10 glasses of water each day - more in hot climate
FELLA's - follow these steps for at least 5 days minimum and you should see a substantial improvement if the cause is biochemical. If it still persists (or you see blood in urine or any screwed up thing like that) see your doctor immediently.
DISCLAIMER: I am not a doctor or medical professional; everything mentioned is my personal remedy and all that BS.
GOOD LUCK :)

This might be a long read, but bare with it guys.
So, about 6 months ago, I realised that every time after I urinated - even after shaking, as soon as I sat down, or moved in a particular way, I would get drops of urine all over my boxers. Not enough to seep through into my jeans, but enough to make my boxes noticably wet. This, as a mid-20's guy, was quite alarming. So what I ended up having to do, was after each pee, was putting my fingers behind my scrotum and "working" the urine out. Which worked fine.
About a month later, I noticed I was urianting a lot more that usual; especially in the evening. No pain or anything, just more frequent passing of urine. This began to work up into waking up in the middle of the night needing the toilet; which I've never done before as I always pee just before bed. At first, it was about once a night. Then as a few weeks went by, it was 3 to 4 times a night.
So I went to my GP and was told that it was probably a UTI (due to having a duplex kidney). I was given a week of trimethoprim. This did absolutely nothing and my symptoms were getting worse. I went back to my doctor was told that it was just bladder inflamation and just to wait it out. So a few more weeks pass and I start to get this sensation in the head of my penis that's identical to the feeling you get just before you're about to pee (of if you've been holding it in for ages). It feels like the urine is actually just sitting inside the penis head waiting to come out. This got worse and worse to the point I couldn't sleep.
So I go back to my doctor and I'm told that this is most like a result of an enlarged prostate. So I'm put on 30 days of Tarivid anti-biotics. Again, these do absolutely nothing and my symptoms are getting incredibly bad at this point; I feel like I'm going to wet myself all day/all night due to this feeling in my penis head. So I go back to my doctor and request I'm sent to a Urologist.
3 weeks later, still no letter from the Urologist (thanks NHS). So I go back to my doctor to see if there's anything they can do. They tell me that the symptoms I've describing are coming from something physical in my Bladder, urinary tract, prostate or urethra and not an infection so I just need to wait to see the Urologist. So we talk about possibilties and I'm told it could be: (extremely unlikely as this wouldn't effect frequency of urination) an outbreak of HPV in my urethra. Or polyps in my bladder that are causing irritation. Or a urinary stricture or finally, an enlarged prostate not causing by infection.
So I'm waiting to go to the Urologist and get a camera up my manhood to find out what the problem is. My doctors are 100% sure (I've seen 3 different GP's now) it's physical and NOT as a result of diet (like 90% of posts on the internet would have you believe), allergy, from sitting down etc. And because of the symptoms and seriousness of Polyps, I NEED to get it examined and sorted.
So guys, do not just accept it and live with it. It could be something extremely easy to fix or it could be the start of something serious. I'll return and post an update as soon as I've seen the Urologist so I can help others get fixed, because this feeling is utter hell to live with.
