Constant tingling in penis

It is neurological I suppose. Same thing here and nothing seem to be working out. Give headache and comes with fever at times.
The whole body experiencing movement too.

We need a neurologist here

So frustrating to hear so many other guys having the same problem yet no solution!  I did have chlamdya last year, but it was nothing like this (sharp pains, burning when I peed, hard to pee, and sensation of having to pee all the time), THIS is just tingling just inside the tip.  Comes and goes.  Sometimes a sharp pain, but no problem or pain peeing.

I just don't want to spend a ton of $ on STD tests and panic my partner if it's not that, which it doesn't sound like.

I DO have a history of kidney stones too. Had two blasted a couple years ago, and occassionally have kidney and bladder pains, but never this tingling/itching thing associated with that.

I observed something in a recent urine test. Uribilinogen(+). I think someone should tell me what that has to do with this tigling case

Any medication to stop this shocking sensation? I don't have an STD or anything else for that matter. I'm 25 yrs old and one night I randomly got a shocking sensation on my member after a night of drinking. It's been 3 days and the clinic I went to said they have no idea what it is...

The solution lies around stop alcohol, reducing sexual activities esp those that will lead to discharge, treat E.Coli spp, get calm. It will go off

For me this started immediately after masturbating and I'm certain it has nothing to do with a STD or alcohol.  I notice it more when I'm sitting down.  My guess is nerve damage

Some of whats mentioned here matches me & others dont. It all started for me 3 days ago, its a constant almost electrical feeling in the head of my penis. For a 2 days I was feeling a burning around the glands but it has gone away. Now I feel that electrical feeling in the tip & a feeling as if something is stuck in my urethra. Sometimes the head will rub on the material of my briefs & I feel as if I'm about to orgasm, which in turn makes me feel like masterbating to not only ease the sensativity but also to clear what is blocking my urethra. But as yet I havent. It goes away while I'm sleeping & returns when I'm sitting down. I drove to work this morning & I swear I felt on the verge of orgasm a dozen times. Since then its be very prominent. I may go for a run to see if things ease.

Ok...I looked at Pudendal nerve information & it matches up with my symptoms. So I did a test, I had been sitting for an hour or so & I had the sensitivity & the feeling of something lodged in my urethra. I went & mowed the lawn, within minutes everything was fine. It dawned on me because that morning I had awoken without any discomfort at all...until I sat in my car & drove to work. Going to the doctors in 2 days to speak to him about it...as he suspected herpes, I'm glad he's wrong.

Your symptoms and behaviour mathced mine in many of your comments above.

The solution came by itself.

I was on a tight schedule business trip for 5 days and my Penis was left alone for that period.

After 5 days, all the tigling is gone. Just like every muscle, the ones responsible for making the penis hard and ejaculate had the chance to rest.

i'm also feeling the same situation, go to many doctors, urologists, all the tests are -ve, but i'm still thinking that something is wrong inside the left side of my penis tip. i'm feeling continuous burning, tingling etc.....

I have been having the same problem and was was worried of what it might be. so i took look around on search engine to see if could find anything and manged to find something that matched all the symtoms i have been having and also what you guys have been having. Am not sure if it is it but its called trichomoniasis it is curable to. I dont know if it will help anyone but i do hope it does and if it does let me know

I feel your pain, I myself have gotten this terrible annoying tingling sensation, I have had it for near 2 years now. I went to Doctor first, He thought it was what most doctors think it is UTI or STD, I was givin all sorts of meds nothing worked, then went to the STD clinic, all clear nothing wrong. Got my prostate checked, it was also fine. After all this I was then referred to a Urologist, I waited 8 months to see this guy. They preformed a bladder scan on me because not just do I have this constant tingling like I need to pee, but over the last few years my ability to urinate has somewhat been difficult, like constant straining to get a steady stream of pee going its a fcukin nightmare, anyway after I had the bladder scan the urologist didnt really speak to me much & said you have an over activer bladder??? So I got prescribed more meds (didn't do jack sh*t for me) and follow up appointment is.... well im still waiting on a letter from the NHS about that one, that time i saw the urologist was back in october 2013!!! Sorry to rant on about this but just feel i need to express myself to this topic & glad but sad to see that im not alone on this one, its just sad that with all these experts don't have a clue what this condition is or how it is treated? another thing I did all that changing of diet, stopped eating hot spicey foods like vindaloos and phalls from indian takeaways, stopped the drinking of fizzy drinks coca cola dr pepper etc. I stopped the masturbating to well TRIED lol, but the tingling & my urine retention still remains wih me to this day. like how can all of a sudden Im fine for 24 Years with no issues at all downthere, & now I just feel like throwing the rope up as it is taking over my life????

If I had to guess about what is the cause of this I would have to say too much masturbation over the years maybe has stressed the nerves in the penis to the point its unreversable, I mean if this is the case sure the tingling might go down a little then if you masturbate or drink fizzy drinks or a few beers it triggers a response down there. I dunno I just think its madness that there isnt some treatment or solution to this terrible problem we have.
