My uper leg muscles feel constantly fatigued like ive just run for a long distance. Not painful but they feel like the want to collapse on me sometimes. Ive tried sleeping for longer, a healthier diet and nothing seems to work. This in only in my legs nowhere else in my body. What could be causing this?
Do you have a slight pain in the tail of your back? If so you have the onset of arthritis. I am 60 and I have had constantly tired legs for 33 years. I just put up with it and it doesn't stop me from doing stuff like climbing mountains. I cannot do any extreme activity though. Just watch your diet. Do not eat too much acid producing foods such as meat. If necessary drink a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water first thing every morning. THhs, in my case, has meant that my arthritis has never got past the slight ache stage.
My legs are always tired and they do feel as if they will collaspse at anytime. I have restless leg syndrome and am treated for it, but this doesn't seem to be a symtom of RLS. At times, I feel as if I can't stand up. This is a very weak feeling in my lower legs and feet. I have started using a cane to insure I don't fall. I have fallen in the past. I am a 62 year-old man.
so what di I do about it?
