I've been browsing these forums and many others over the past few days to see if there's anything similar to what I;ve been going through out there and yet i haven't come across anything but i have had some help in diagnosing a few of my problems I'm dealing with.
but, I guess i should begin with how this all began.

First off, I don't know if this is relevant but I'm a pretty healthy (though obesse/ over weight) 17 yearold female.

Now, Last Friday (Feb 24th) I got my wisdom teeth removed (two impacted on the bottom) and they gave me some Penecillin, Ibuprofen and Tylenol 3 with Codein in it to releive the pain, and so i religiously took all three meds after every meal because of all the pain I was in.
Then on Sunday, I noticed  I hadn't had a bowel movement since the wisdom tooth extraction so I got my parents to get me some Milk of Magnesia (the dentist recomended it because they said Tylenol3 was constipating) and I took a capfull (about 60 ml). Soon i was running to the washroom, however i couldn't pass any bowel but i had this horrible  pulling feeling from inside, my mom kept urging me to push and i did but it soon became very painfull. Soon i took a glycerin suppository, and i don't remember clearly but i think i passed some stool but there was a lot of blood on the tissues and my anus with in excruciating pain.

The next day, we decided to book an appointment to the family doctor, but i was in soo muchpain and couldn't will myself to get up or even walk so my mom ended up calling 911 and we went into the ER. They checked my anus and told me i had hammroids and an anal fissure, but overall the ER hardly helped! They gave me a suppository and three enemas, one water two soap. I did have bowel movements and my stool was very very red and very very watery. However the whole while, as i was passing bowels, i felt like there was  a hard stool preventing everything from really "going out" And the doctor in the ER said it was normal and i would have to try to push that hard stool out and everything would be fine and eventually with some hassling and after about 12 hours in the ER they  got me to go home still not fully cured. So I went home, and i continued to pass painfull wet stools and i think i passed a few "bricks" lets call them, which made me feel a bit releived but still not fully. I still had an uncomfortable pushing feeling on my anus and in my rectum which i think was the hard stools  that hasn't been passed out.

Also let me add, I think I was a bit constipated even before the Friday. The long family day weekend (Feb 17th - Feb 20th for those of you who don't have family day)  I ate a lot and went to a Korean BBQ buffet (both on the Friday) however i didn't pass any stool, but i wasn't as worried because i felt like my stools were just a bit backed up. Sometimes i get backed up by two days or three and then it usually comes out and i feel much better so i thought it was that. I think after the long weekend, i had a bowel movement on Tuesday and then Thursday before the surgery, howevere they were very very short and eventually i got tired of just sitting on the toilet and waiting for my stools to pass so i remember just giving up. Again usually when i do this, they eventually end up coming out and i have no problems after but tha twasn't the case this time it seems.

Now Tuesday, after the visit to the ER on Monday and  some painfull bowels, i finally got the strength to visit my doctor and she prescribed some Senokot. I was in horrible pain and had a constant feeling that mucus or dihareea was leakin out of my anus so i had to keep my butt cheeks clenchd tightly , though it was soo weird because even though i had that sensation i never found anything on my pants or underwear. That night I took some prune juice, Fibre cereal that was mashed up with some milk, yogurt and some jello. I had a few more painfull stools and I took the Senokot before i slept. I also took some regular tylenol to ease the burning in my anus.

The next day, which was yesterday, i passed a lot of "bricks" , seriously Sorry to get descriptive but I passed the biggest brick yet and I was really starting to feel soo good. by the afternoon, I was almost better, not running to the washroom as often as i was for the past two days (from Monday to Tuesday i had to run to the washroom every hour, even in the middle of the night). I ate yogurt Jello and some  fibre cereal throughout the day with some prune juice and apple juice (as reccomended by my Doctor) Soon by the evening my Stomach kept making bubbling sounds and now when i ran to the washroom i was passing a lot of gass  with some painfully sort of semi solid diharrea like stools. And throughout  these past few days there was a lot of brownish mucus and blood mixed in with my stools and still i had that feeling that some was leaking out of my anus only to find nothing there.

Today I had a bowel movement at 3 in the morning and then again at around 11 am. It was acombination of mostly gas and that watery semi solid stool mixed with some blood and mucus. I find that since yesterday, each time I have to urinate from all the liquid I'm drinking I also have an urge to pass stool which ends up being gas and the same semi-solid stool. Today after my bowel movement, I took a sitz bath to ease the burning, and during those past few days of pain I remember pushing down on my "other opening on the other side" to see if there was still some stool left, And even still it's sort of... I pushed down and it still feels like there's something there but it doesn' feel hard? I'm not sure, and even though I'm feeling better I'm still very very worried. I had some oatmeal and some boost today but had to stop eatting halfway because my stomach started to burn  like it burns when I have diharrea or an upset stomach. I don't know what to do now, the burnings died down but it's still there and i know it'll hurt again when i pass another stool. I asked my mom to get me some Yoptimal in hopes that the Prebiotics and Probiotics will help out the bacteria in my intestines. But for now I really just don't know what to do. I have an appointment with the dentist scheduled for tomorrow along with a possible visit to the doctor to see how things  are going so I hope they go well.

I'm really just worried, I've missed almost a week of school and i can't afford to miss more school. Is there anything else i can do for my body? and How will i know when I'm fully cured and normal again? I'm also worried about my hemmroids , I've been using some vaseline to cool down the area but it just hurts all over again when I pass a stool!!

also I'd like to add, reading Naruto manga has somewhat helped me feel a bit better emotionally hahaha :) but I'm still in pain.

You should never push. And just sitting and waiting on the toilet causes hemorroids.

Your bowels should naturally push it all out.

Find a gastroenterologist and allergist. The allergist should do tests on your back to see if you are allergic to certain foods.

The gastro. can do a colonoscopy to see if you have any damage or anything else wrong inside.

It is possible you have a gluten intolerance/celiac disease.. I'm not a doctor but I've had similar symptoms from taking T3s and having gluten intolerance symptoms. I found when I cut down or out gluten all together and ate mostly proteins veggies and fruit all or most of my symptoms went away (pain in stomach gas etc) however you also need to consider t 3s are constipating and that's another issue but you are only on them for wisdom tooth pain so that issue will naturally go away once you stop taking t3s.. Good luck!
