Hi everyone,
So a couple of nights ago I had way too much to drink after an intense and stressful day. COnsequently I blacked out and cannot remember anything. It feels like I was unconscious and came to my senses around 7am when my friend was yelling at me for peeing on the floor. This is the first time this has ever happened to me and I am extremely scared and disappointed in myself. Not to mention, so is my friend-- she won't even talk to me or tell me what happened. Does anyone have any advice on how to emotionally recover from this?
